Perafita 1750 is an 18th-century rural house, previously known as "Cal Xalic." This rural house offers an authentic experience, with an area dedicated to relaxation featuring a small spa, while the upper floors are intended for housing.
Located in the town of Perafita, in the heart of Lluçanès, just an hour away from Barcelona, the Pyrenees, and the Costa Brava, it is an ideal place to explore the region. Furthermore, the city of Vic is only 20 minutes away, with its rich historical heritage and medieval charm.

Our services
The house offers 6 rooms: 2 doubles and 4 triples. All of them are cozy and comfortable spaces, ensuring an unforgettable stay. We provide complete bedding, including sheets, blankets, and pillows, so you can enjoy maximum comfort during your stay.
Enjoy an exclusive spa with a wide range of relaxing amenities: heated pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam sauna, heated loungers, and a massage room. This oasis of tranquility is perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating in a serene and cozy environment.
You will find 3 rooms with private bathrooms for you to enjoy your privacy. Additionally, we have a guest bathroom in the spa area, as well as a bathroom on the second floor and a third bathroom on the upper floor. We ensure that you have towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries for your stay.
The upper floor features a cozy area with two sofas and a wood-burning fireplace. This spacious area offers a large window that opens to a terrace, creating a perfect ambiance to enjoy unique moments.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, including a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. Additionally, we provide all the necessary kitchen utensils for your convenience while preparing your meals. The kitchen is situated in an open space to create a cozy ambiance.
The rural house is designed to accommodate up to a maximum of 16 people, offering ample space for all guests. With a surface area of 400 m2, spread over 3 floors, it provides a spacious and comfortable environment to enjoy the stay in a relaxed manner and with all the amenities.
